Completed Projects

  1. Under-served community uplifting: The Community uplifting program is aimed at strengthening communities by tackling poverty and unemployment in province of Sindh. The program helps individuals and families to earn an income by providing employment opportunities. The primary purpose of the program is to create access to a minimum level of regular and predictable work opportunities for unemployed people. It targets areas of high unemployment, where sustainable opportunities are likely to remain limited for some time.

  1. Career Counseling for Youth: This program focuses the capacity building of youth age from 15-29 in Pakistan. The project has developed and a strategic framework for providing career guidance to young people, that comprises: Self Development, Introduction to Career Counseling, Career Assessment, Entrepreneurship skills, Job Search and Placement skills and trainings.

  1. Training of Trainers (TOT): This program is especially designed and implementing for capacity building of teachers from primary to graduate level institutions in Pakistan. The program targets the student psychological counseling, girls counseling and career counseling. In addition program builds counseling capacity within the partner institution from government and private sectors.

  1. Health Awareness in KPK: CRSD has joined hands with International Medical Corp (IMC), Pakistan to develop preventive disease health related materials for Afghan refugees and slum, underprivileged and deprived areas of province of Khyber Pakhtoonkhowan (KPK).

  1. Special Events: CRSD organizes the specials events for fundraising as such the Job Fair designed and organized, with the aim of facilitating organizations with their hunt of employees as well as the unemployed people to find a respectable place in a good organization. Job Fair is a recruiting and networking event linking employers with students and graduates. It is an excellent opportunity for students and employers.
