Shahid is a Project Management Professional associated with Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Government of Sindh for last 4 years in different youth centered projects. He has 10 years of experience in the project Management, Human Resource Management, Capacity Building and Consulting of in-house and offshore projects in Social Development, Government sector, Education, FMCG, IT and e-Commerce industries. He is dual masters in Human Resource, Management and Computer Science.

Throughout his career he has had a rich and diverse experience of working at various levels in a variety of roles. Major part of his work includes intensive work on Project Management, Research & proposal development, Policy level dialogue, Procurement Compliance, Recruitment Compliance, Event Management, T&D ,and Human Resource Management  at National, Government and International Organizations/agencies, besides that he is British Council certified Career Counselor.

Shahid Played key role in teams and acted as a change agent with a track record of success in enhancing organizational capability, performance, commitment and result.

Abid works as a Consultant Systems Advisory and Project Manager within the Professional Services practice of SYSPRO Business Solutions Canada; he has 16 years of experience in the development and rollout of strategic IT initiatives for Global clients, gained from his time spent at a global level in the industry and consulting. Abid has specific expertise in IT Strategic Planning, IT management, Project management, Business Process Analysis, Business Process Improvement.

Abid is a highly motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to effectively communicate and foster change across all levels of an organization. He has an outstanding team management and resource development ability and his previous employers have included Coca-Cola, Royal Group Tech Canada, SYSPRO Business Solutions Canada, BARWA Real Estate Group Qatar.

Rozina Jumani, Director Planning & Capacity Building and a lead Educational Consultant associated with Education, training and development for past 17 years. She has earned her professional and academic qualifications from University of London, Aga Khan University, University of Karachi, IIS-London, and ITREB Pakistan.

As Associate Professor, she is associated with Higher Education Institutions as faculty for Education, Language and Communication, Social Sciences, Gender Education & Development, Leadership development & Management, Strategic Planning, Project Planning & Development, Core & Soft Skills for Personality Development Programs.

As Lead Consultant, she has been engaged in various assignments such as strategic planning for institutions, re-modelling the organization, curriculum planning, capacity building, counselling & advising, recruitment planning, quality assurance and Monitoring & Evaluation, Programs auditing, etc.

The wide range of experience led her career into Executive Consultancy and Coaching, Leadership Development, Advising and Corporate Training with various national, regional and multi-national organizations and now into Transformational Life Coaching, workshops and retreats.

Abdul Basit General Secretary of CRSD, he has 13 years corporate experience and working at (Renowned Manufacturing Company) in the Finance Department as Manager Accounts & Finance. He is MBA in Corporate Finance and Treasury Management from Institute of Business and Technology – BIZTEK, M.A in Economics and Finance from Karachi University. Besides that he completed ACCA Article ship with Jalis Ahmed & Co. Chartered Accountants.

Previously he worked as Business Analyst with Sigma Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd in couple of years. He accustomed to be with fast paced environment where deadlines are a priority and handling multiple jobs simultaneously is a pre- requisite. He enjoys challenges and work hard to attain goals. Constant communication with all level has strengthened his interpersonal skills.
